The Fearless Girl Boss Leadership Curriculum is a dynamic, year-long program designed for teen girls ages 13–19 who are ready to step into their power and lead with confidence. Meeting three times a week for two hours each session (6 hours/week), participants engage in interactive workshops, coaching, group activities, and real-world product development experiences.

Each month centers around a core leadership theme, beginning with “Boss Up Mindset – Leadership Starts Within.”During this foundational month, girls focus on personal growth, confidence building, and developing a strong leadership identity.

Month 1 Highlights:

• Week 1: Self-Discovery & Confidence Building.
• Week 2: Vision Boards & Goal Mapping.
• Week 3: Time Management + Productivity for Teen CEOs.
• Week 4: Leadership Styles & Owning Your Power.

This empowering curriculum equips young women with the tools, mindset, and skills to become fearless leaders in their communities and future careers.
